Welcome to KidEats. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KidEats website and services. By creating a meal plan, subscribing to KidEats, or otherwise using the KidEats service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What KidEats Does

KidEats provides personalized family dinner ideas based on information you provide about your household, including food preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, children's ages, and cooking preferences.

KidEats uses automated technology, including artificial intelligence, to generate meal ideas, recipes, ingredients, grocery information, and cooking instructions.

2. Your Responsibility for Food and Allergies

KidEats provides meal ideas for informational and convenience purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing every recipe, ingredient, label, and cooking instruction before preparing or serving food.

KidEats does not guarantee that a meal, recipe, ingredient, or recommendation is safe for your household or for a particular allergy or dietary restriction.

You are responsible for determining whether ingredients are appropriate for your family, including checking food labels and accounting for cross-contact or cross-contamination risks.

If a member of your household has a food allergy or other medical dietary requirement, consult an appropriate medical professional when necessary and do not rely solely on information provided by KidEats.

3. AI-Generated Content

Meal plans, recipes, grocery information, and other content may be generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.

You should review recipes, ingredients, quantities, cooking temperatures, cooking times, and other instructions before using them and use your own judgment when preparing food.

KidEats does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, appropriate for your household, or free from errors.

4. Free Meal Plans

KidEats may provide an initial personalized meal plan at no charge. The availability, content, and features of free plans may change over time.

5. Paid Subscriptions

KidEats currently offers a recurring subscription for $6.99 per month.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription pricing may change in the future. If pricing changes, KidEats will provide any notice required by applicable law.

KidEats may modify the features, content, frequency, or other aspects of its subscription service from time to time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided by KidEats.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by KidEats.

7. Email Communications

By creating a meal plan, you agree to receive the meal plans and service-related communications associated with KidEats.

You may reply to meal plan emails to provide feedback or request changes to your food preferences. General support, billing, technical, and cancellation requests may be directed to KidEats support.

8. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

KidEats may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand how visitors use the service, measure marketing performance, and improve our advertising.
